Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 business day of receipt depending on your location. Orders placed after 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (GMT-05) on weekdays or during weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the  delivery address. During checkout, you will see the specific shipping options available for your order, along with any associated costs.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders from $99 and above within the continental United States, Canada, United Kingdom and Australia.
  • Shipping Fee For Orders Below $99: All orders below $99 and within the United States are shipped for $15, all orders below $99 to Canada are shipped for $30, all orders below $99 to the United Kingdom are shipped for $75 and all orders below $99 to Australia are shipped for $75.
  • Additional Charges: International orders may incur additional shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary based on the shipping destination of your order. Please note the following:

  • United States Flexible Shipping: Typically 1-3 days.
  • Canada Flexible Shipping: Typically 1-5 days.
  • United Kingdom Flexible Shipping: Typically 1-7 days.
  • Australia Flexible Shipping: Typically 1-7 days.

These times are estimates and can be affected by factors such as delivery location, inclement weather, or carrier delays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment through our website’s “Track Your Order” page.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us because it was undeliverable (for reasons such as insufficient address, not picking up the package, or refusal), a refund will be issued for the purchase price of the item, excluding shipping costs. If you’d like the package resent, additional shipping fees will apply.

International Shipping

Instrument Marketplace currently offers shipping to the selected international destinations listed above. The following applies:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country upon arrival.
  • Delivery times for international orders may vary significantly based on customs clearance and local delivery practices.
